Paolo has a unique experience in the Italian distressed and Special Situations investment environment.
Prior to co-founding One33, Paolo acted as Large Special Situation Investments Director at Europa Investimenti SpA. Paolo has a deep network of relationships in the Italian distressed/special situations market.

Andrea has a strong experience in NPL trading, distressed asset work out as well as business turnaround.
Before co-founding One33 Andrea acted as CEO and Board member of several Distressed and underperforming companies in the Fashion, Design, and Real Estate industry.

Alessandro has a strong experience in corporate management, advisory and investment management.
Before co-founding One33, Alessandro has been president and general manager of Nokia both in Portugal and in Italy, as well as General Manager for HTC. Alessandro has an important network in the Italian/International business community.

Marcello, has a strong experience in international direct investing and advisory.
Before joining One33, Marcello managed his own FO with investments in Italy, Brazil, Switzerland and UK. Marcello has a deep network of domestic and international business relations.
Francesco Crea

Francesco has a successful track record in private transactions covering multiple asset classes and styles – opportunistic, stressed and distressed credits (UTP/NPL), restructurings, special situations, financing from banks and private debt funds, distressed assets. Previously, Francesco acted as Investment Director of Europa Investimenti S.p.A. and Fineurop Investment Opportunities S.p.A. where he originated, structured and executed several special situation transactions.

Matteo has a strong experience in turnaround and m&a projects where he successfully completed several deals. He mainly focused on industrial assets and special situations projects.
Previuosly, Matteo worked at Dea Capital and UBS where he was involved in m&a and special situation transactions.

Simone joined One33 in 2022. Before joining One33, Simone worked as Analyst at Klecha & Co. after having completed internships in Private Equity at Ardian and PM & Partners in Milan.
